Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) directly affects occupant health, comfort, and productivity, and routine HVAC maintenance is essential because heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems control ventilation, filtration, humidity, and the removal of airborne contaminants that cause allergies, respiratory illness, and reduced cognitive performance
The AeroGuard is a smart air quality monitor that gives you direct insight into the air your team breathes. It helps you monitor indoor air quality in real time—detecting dust, pollutants, and other hazards early so you can act fast. Whether mounted permanently in one location or moved between zones to track different pollutants across various industrial workspaces, the AeroGuard adapts to your needs. Recently awarded the Red Dot Design Award 2025, it combines smart technology with a practical design, built for everyday use in industrial environments.

Reduction of absenteeism due to illness
Poor indoor air quality affects the well-being of employees and contributes to sick building syndrome.
Dirty air ducts must be cleaned for hygienic and energy reasons and to ensure proper fire safety. This legal obligation is laid down in the EU Workplace Directive 89/654/EEC.
When are ducts dirty and thus require maintenance?
The maximum permissible amount of dirt (g/m²) is laid down in the EN 15780 standard, which stipulates that ducts must be systematically inspected. This applies to companies, care institutions, municipalities,
and all other entities with ventilation systems. The amount of dirt can be determined by various methods, such as a visual inspection with a robotic camera or a sweeping sample.
With the #SmartInspection - an innovative tool to quickly and accurately inspect the ducts and determine the degree of contamination. Pictures are taken at specific points in the
ventilation system. These are digitally analyzed and compared with reference photos from the extensive database of HC. Thanks to this method, the degree of contamination can be determined and we can make recommendations.
The cleaning of dirty air ducts is mandatory for reasons of hygiene, energy efficiency, fire safety, air quality, and the service life of the system. This is stated in the EU Workplace Directive 89/654/EEC
and the European standard EN 15780.
During air duct cleaning, the loosened dirt is extracted with an extraction fan that has enough power to suck the dirt out of the air ducts. The dirt remains in a filter bag. Hamster Cleaning guarantees that at least 95 percent of the ducts are clean after every cleaning. This is possible thanks to the use of the latest technology, including advanced inspection and cleaning robots. With that in hands we can clean both comfort ventilation ducts (public buildings, sports halls, hospitals,
laboratories, food companies, etc.) and process ventilation ducts (welding fume extraction, production areas, fume hoods, laundries, garages, etc.).
